My primary professional interest is income taxation, which I pursue by working with a number of local businesses and individuals. Areas of concentration include service businesses such as engineers, consultants and other professionals, real estate taxation, and tax planning for individuals with stock options granted by the technology companies in the area. I have assisted many new businesses to get a good start and also to lay a good strategic foundation for growth. I also work with my business clients to provide financial statements, accounting services and financial consulting services. Other clients include non-profit organizations, partnerships, trusts and estates.
